Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  2. Production typically takes up to 14 days, though it may vary during busy seasons or exhibitions.
  3. We strictly enforce a no cancellation and no refund policy.
  4. Customized items, where options for customization such as length or color are available, cannot be exchanged.
  5. For ready-to-wear items, exchange requests may be considered within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to availability. The customer is responsible for all delivery and shipping charges for exchanges.
  6. Any special requests for customization should be communicated to our customer service team before placing the order. Customization requests are subject to availability, and once an order is placed, it will be considered final.
  7. If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, the order will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to sell, dispose of, or use the items without issuing a refund.
  8. Requests for alterations, such as length adjustments, must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment for alterations, as well as any custom charges.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, even after confirmation and payment.

Please note that La Clessidra is not obligated to accept requests for alteration or exchange once an order is confirmed. Such requests will only be considered based on availability and at the discretion of the company.
